Support Worker — Geelong, Ballarat and Daylesford Region

$35–$45 per hour | Casual (PT/FT opportunities)

Free Bird Support Services is seeking experienced Support Workers in Geelong to support NDIS participants, including individuals with complex needs.

Key duties:

• Support daily living and community access
• Provide emotional and behavioural support
• Follow individual support and behaviour plans
• Maintain professional relationships and case notes

Requirements:

• Experience with complex needs
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Driver’s license & reliable vehicle
• Cert III/IV in Disability or equivalent (desirable)
• Availability for afterschool shifts Monday – Friday (Strongly preferred)
