PowerConnect Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team.

Position: Casual

Location: Sydney, NSW

Working Arrangements: Flexible hours and remote work available.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping participants understand and implement their NDIS plans.
• Coordinating supports and liaising with service providers.
• Monitoring NDIS funding and budgets.
• Supporting participants to work towards their individual goals.
• Attending participant home visits, meetings and appointments when required.
