Clinical Team Leader | Registered Psychologist | Multiple Locations Nationwide Lead and inspire a team delivering intensive support to children, young people and caregivers facing complex challenges.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Psychologist to lead a team of clinicians within a newly established national service. This permanent opportunity combines clinical leadership with hands-on practice, supporting tamariki and rangatahi impacted by trauma, attachment difficulties, neurodivergence and complex behavioural needs.

About the role:

• Lead and supervise a team of 4-6 psychologists
• Hold a small clinical caseload and provide specialist guidance
• Deliver rapid, intensive psychological support and intervention
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, whānau and key stakeholders
• Help shape an innovative new clinical service
• Location: Applications are welcome from experienced psychologists located throughout New Zealand, with opportunities available across both the North and South Islands.

About you:

• Current NZ Psychologists Board APC
• Postgraduate qualification in Psychology
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Proven clinical leadership and supervision experience
• Expertise working with complex trauma and high-needs children and young people
• Strong understanding of culturally responsive practice
