Access Community Health in New Zealand is seeking Kaiāwhina | Support Workers to assist tāngata in their own homes. No qualifications required initially; comprehensive paid training is provided. Flexible hours, weekend shifts with allowances, and paid travel time support work‑life balance.

Training spans induction and ongoing development; you’ll work with a buddy trainer and online learning. Must own a smartphone, have NZ work rights, and hold a valid driver’s license.
