About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic team and on the lookout for a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner. In this role, you will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants’ NDIS goals. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work . You’ll support clients acrossSydney,providing flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- Conduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Provide training and support to families, carers, and support teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all standards
- Collaborate with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team
About You
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (Proficient, Advanced or above)
- Experience in Behaviour Support Plan development and Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Knowledge of restrictive practices and Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for improving lives
- Driver’s License
