Connections Home Care & Nursing is looking for experienced disability support workers who have experience supporting clients living with various disabilities.

The successful candidate must:

• have a wide availability- Monday-Sunday
• be able to support clients throughout Melbourne
• have a current valid Victorian driver’s license and access to a car to transport clients (desirable)
• Non-drivers are also welcome to apply

The support required for our clients include community access, respite and personal care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,515.00 per year
