WE’RE HIRING — FEMALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER

Life Caring WA is looking for a reliable, compassionate and motivated Casual Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

About the role:

• Supporting a young female participant in her daily routine and within the community
• Assisting with morning routines, getting ready for school and school drop-offs
• Building rapport and providing companionship
• Engaging in fun, meaningful and age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging social participation, independence and community access
• Providing a safe, positive and supportive environment

Availability required:

• Mondays mornings
• Tuesdays mornings
• Thursdays mornings
• Some weekends

Essential requirements:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid certificate
• Current CPR certificate
• Reliable, caring and proactive attitude

Experience in disability support is preferred but not essential. The right attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn are what matter most.

Please note: Due to the participant’s individual support needs and preferences, we are seeking female applicants for this particular role.

Pay: $45.28 — $81.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kalamunda WA 6076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
