At Prydes Support, we help people live full, independent lives on their own terms. We’re growing, and we’re looking for caring, reliable support workers to join our team across South East Queensland.

Many of our roles include overnight sleepover shifts. These are mostly inactive, which means you’re there for peace of mind and you’ll usually get a good night’s sleep. Sleepover shifts are paid above the SCHADS Award, and they’re a great way to add steady hours alongside your day shifts.

Where we need you

Beaudesert, Bellbird Park, Waterford, Chermside, Deception Bay, Ipswich and surrounding suburbs. We’ll do our best to match you with clients near where you live.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting clients with daily personal care routines, with dignity and respect
• Helping with shopping, meal prep and getting out into the community
• Accompanying clients to medical and other appointments
• Encouraging independence and building genuine, trusting relationships

What we offer

What you’ll need

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Disability, or a willingness to complete one
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
• Current First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
• Driver’s licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
• Availability for overnight sleepover shifts

You’ll be a great fit if you are

Patient, friendly and reliable, someone who communicates well, stays calm when things change, and genuinely values diversity and inclusion. Disability sector experience is a bonus but not essential. If you’ve cared for family, worked in aged care or hospitality, or just love helping people, we’d like to hear from you.
