About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to participants, helping them live independently, achieve their goals, and engage with their community in a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support tailored to individual needs
• Assist with personal care, community access, and skill development
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with participants, families, and the care team

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Experience in Disability Support
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach
