We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced female disability support workers to join our team and provide support to a participant living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support with meal preparation, household tasks and medication management.
• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
• Work collaboratively with other support workers to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in SIL environments preferred.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (if applicable).
• First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Good communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts.
