Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming our patients to the Practice
• Making appointments and processing patient billing using Medicare Easyclaim and HICAPS
• Providing administrative support for the Practice, including: answering the phones, dealing with patient enquiries, and scanning
• Providing administrative support to clinical staff
• Protecting patient and Practice privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Other duties as requested
• Flexibility and availability to work on a roster system within our opening hours between 7.30am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in the use of Best Practice preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service and compassionate care
• A proven track record in managing multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy
