About the Role

You will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care in our innovative treatment clinics. Responsibilities include:

• Pre-treatment checks (vitals, patient readiness, consent confirmation)
• In-treatment monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, mental state)
• Managing side effects (e.g. dissociation, nausea, dizziness)
• Patient support (reassurance, therapeutic presence during sessions)
• Documentation & reporting (treatment records, observations, escalation if needed)
• Collaboration (working with psychiatrists, clinic staff, pharmacists)
• Safety protocols (emergency preparedness, incident reporting)

About You

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration
• Mental health experience desirable but not essential
• Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• A commitment to patient safety, wellbeing, and continuous learning
• Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required
