About Diversey Care
- ——————
At Diversey Care, we’re not your typical allied health provider.
We’re a young, multicultural and fast-growing allied health team based in Victoria and Queensland, supporting children, adults and families across a range of clinical and community settings.
We believe great clinicians deserve more than just a busy caseload. They deserve genuine support, opportunities to grow, a workplace they enjoy coming to, and the flexibility to shape their own careers.
Whether you’re an experienced OT looking for your next challenge or a new graduate taking your first steps into the profession, we have a pathway for you.
And yes, we’re close to Sunnybank, Garden City, public transport and some of the most vibrant restaurants in Brisbane. IYKYK!
For Experienced OTs — Choose Your Career Path
- ———————————————
Already have experience and wondering what’s next?
We understand that not every experienced clinician has the same career goals. That’s why we offer two different opportunities depending on what motivates you.
Pathway 1: Clinical & Earning Growth
Love working with clients and want to maximise your earning potential?
- Competitive remuneration with opportunities to earn performance bonuses
- Rewarding opportunities for clinicians who enjoy building and managing their caseload
- Work across different clinical areas based on your interests and experience
- Access to clinical support, resources and professional development
- Continue developing your expertise without needing to move into management
Pathway 2: Team Leadership & Mentoring
Enjoy supporting other clinicians and want to take the next step in your career?
- Opportunities to progress into a Team Leader position
- Reduced clinical caseload to allow time for leadership responsibilities
- Provide supervision, mentoring and guidance to junior clinicians
- Support clinical quality and professional development within the team
- Develop your leadership and management skills while staying connected to clinical practice
You don’t have to choose between career progression and doing what you enjoy. We’d love to hear what your ideal next step looks like.
For New Graduates — Start Your Career with Confidence
- —————————————————–
Starting your first OT role can be exciting, but we know it can also feel overwhelming.
That’s why we’ve developed a structured 6-month New Graduate Program designed to help you transition from university to clinical practice with confidence.
You won’t be expected to manage a full caseload from day one.
Our program includes:
- Structured 6-month New Graduate program with progressive learning and clinical development
- Limited initial caseload, gradually increasing as your confidence and skills develop
- Shadowing opportunities to observe experienced clinicians in real sessions
- Weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced OTs
- Guidance with assessments, clinical reasoning, report writing and NDIS processes
- Access to clinical resources, templates and practical support
- An approachable team you can turn to when you have questions
- Opportunities to develop across different clinical areas before discovering your interests
Our goal isn’t to see how quickly we can fill your calendar.
It’s to help you become a confident, capable and independent Occupational Therapist who genuinely enjoys their work.
A Multicultural Team Where Your Language Skills Matter
- —————————————————–
One of the things that makes Diversey Care special is our multicultural team.
We support families from a wide range of cultural and language backgrounds, and we understand how much easier therapy can be when families feel understood.
If you speak a second language, we’d especially love to hear from you!
Whether you speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Hindi, Vietnamese or another language, your skills are welcome here.
English-only speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
Build Your Experience Across Different Areas
- ——————————————-
We offer opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients and presentations, including:
- Paediatrics and early intervention
- Adult rehabilitation and functional independence
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
- Assistive Technology (AT)
- Home modifications
We aim to match your caseload with your experience, professional interests and development goals.
The Team Culture Matters Here
- —————————-
We know a job isn’t just about the work.
Here’s a little of what makes working with us different:
- Supportive and approachable leaders
- A welcoming, multicultural team
- Team lunches, birthday celebrations and social activities
- Peer learning and opportunities to share clinical knowledge
- Professional development opportunities
We want you to feel like you’re part of a team, not just another clinician filling appointments.
Not Sure Which Pathway Is Right for You?
- —————————————
That’s completely fine.
Whether you’re a new graduate looking for your first opportunity, an experienced OT wanting to increase your earnings, or someone interested in leadership and mentoring, we’d love to have a conversation.
Apply now and tell us a little about yourself and what you’re looking for in your next role.
We look forward to meeting you!
