About the Role
Jallarah offers 29 private rooms with ensuites, daily meals and 24-hour personal care support. Residents can personalise their rooms to feel like home, with electric beds provided for comfort. The home features welcoming communal spaces, private family gathering areas and a varied lifestyle and activities program.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work AM, PM, Nights and weekend shifts.
No two days are the same!As Personal Care Assistant you will:
- Deliver high-quality personal care, supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Assist with meals, feeding, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship and encourage social and emotional engagement.
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team, communicating effectively and maintaining accurate, confidential care records.
About You
You’ll thrive with us if you have:
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
- Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and committed, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Experience in residential aged care is highly desirable.
- Meet the legislative requirements for Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
