Parkglen Retirement Community, a well-established provider of independent living services, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our supportive and caring team.

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and continue living comfortably within our serviced apartments.

About the Role

This is a casual position with regular weekly shifts and the flexibility to work additional afternoon and overnight shifts as required.

Regular Weekly Shifts

• Monday: 6:30am – 3:00pm
• Tuesday: 6:30am – 3:00pm
• Friday: 6:30am – 3:00pm

Additional Shifts Available

• Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
• Active Overnight Shift: 10:45pm – 6:45am

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential aged care
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent aged care qualification
• Experience assisting and reporting medicationsfor residents.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Valid Australian work rights
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
