Are you tired of the standard corporate grind?

If you have a big heart, love a good chat, and want a job where your daily efforts directly change lives for the better, you belong here.

We aren’t just looking for task tick boxers. We are looking for everyday heroes. As a Community Aged Care Support Worker, you will help local seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and joy right in the comfort of their own homes.

No two days are the same, but every single day matters.

Casual roles are available!

What you’ll be doing:

You will support our wonderful clients with a mix of practical care and genuine companionship:

  • ☕ Social Connection: Sharing a cup of tea, listening to life stories, and playing a vital part in beating social isolation.
  • 🚗 Out and About: Driving clients to local appointments, grocery shopping, or community events.
  • 🏡 Home Comforts: Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and keeping their environment safe.
  • 🛋️ Personal Care: Providing respectful support with showering, dressing, and grooming.

Why you’ll love working with us:

  • Work That Fits Your Life: We build rosters around your availability. Perfect for parents, students, or anyone needing flexibility.
  • Great Perks: Competitive hourly rates, paid travel time, and a generous cents-per-kilometer allowance for your car.
  • Uncapped Support: You are never alone on the road. Our friendly office team and supervisors are always just a phone call away.
  • Career Growth: Access to paid ongoing training, professional development courses, and internal promotion opportunities.

What you need to bring:

You don’t need a lifetime of experience, but you do need the right attitude and a few essentials:

  • The Right Vibe: A compassionate, patient nature and a genuine respect for older generations.
  • Wheels & License: A valid Australian Driver’s License and a reliable, fully insured vehicle.
  • Qualifications: A Certificate III in Individual Support (or a willingness to get one!).
  • Safety Checks: A current First Aid & CPR certificate, and a clean National Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Great availability: Be available to work Monday to Friday (we rarely work weekends!).
