We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team supporting clients in the (Seaford Rise, SA) area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a difference in people’s daily lives and is comfortable providing practical, hands‑on support in a home and community setting.

About the Role

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing general in-home support (cleaning, tidying, meal preparation)
• Assisting with daily living tasks and routines
• Supporting clients to access the community, appointments, and activities
• Offering companionship and social support
• Promoting independence and wellbeing

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Caring, respectful, and patient
• Able to work independently and follow routines
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Passionate about supporting people to live independently

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred but not essential)
• Relevant qualifications (Certificate III/IV) desirable but not mandatory
