Are you a friendly, dedicated Receptionist looking for a new opportunity? Quinns Mindarie Super Clinic has a position available for a casual Medical Receptionist to join our growing and supportive team.

What We Offer:

• Casual Position: Flexible hours to suit your needs; shifts are weekdays and will be either opening, starting at 7.45am or closing, finishing at 5.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments
• Answer and respond to telephone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Accurately process patient payments (cash, EFTPOS, direct billing).
• Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records
• Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the medical practice.

Essentials:

• Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation, appointment scheduling, and filing.
• Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in using medical software is essential.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and proactive approach to work.

Highly Regarded:

• Prior Experience: Previous experience in an accredited general practice is preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Experience using Best Practice software is a significant advantage.
• Relevant Experience: Retail experience may be beneficial.
