Part-time Physiotherapist
Orange and District Early Education Program
Paediatric Physiotherapist — Part-time
A part-time position is available within our physiotherapy team — come and do work that matters, with a team that has your back.
ODEEP is a not-for-profit, community-based Early Childhood Intervention Service and registered NDIS provider. We walk alongside children with disability and developmental delay—and their families, carers and educators who support them—focusing on strengths, participation and everyday moments that build confidence.
As our service continues to grow, there is a rare opportunity to join our high performing clinical team. We’re inviting warm, values-driven Physiotherapists to submit an application to join our multidisciplinary team that services Orange and the surrounding regions. This is a part-time role, with hours to be negotiated.
Based in Orange (around 3.5 hours west of Sydney), you’ll enjoy a welcoming regional city with beautiful seasons, short commutes and a great community feel—plus renowned food and wine, great schools and easy access to the outdoors.
At ODEEP, we value evidence-based practice and human connection—kindness, curiosity, and respectful partnerships with families and each other. With almost 40 years of service and a strong local reputation, we’re proud to have been awarded Orange’s Employer of Choice (2023)—and we work hard every day to be a place where people feel supported to do their best work.
Part-time physiotherapy role: Paediatric caseload; early career through to senior clinicians welcome.
Flexible part-time work options: hours by negotiation, with the ability to work school hours if you desire.
Great conditions: above-award rates, salary packaging, additional annual and parental leave benefits—and strong admin support so you can spend more time with children and families.
Tools provided: laptop and iPad, clinical resources and assessments, toys/books, and access to company pool vehicles for outreach—so you’re set up to do your work well.
Grow with us: a thorough onboarding, regular supervision, professional development and mentoring—because we want you to feel confident, connected and supported.
Varied, meaningful work: 1:1 therapy, groups, key worker / transdisciplinary teamwork, inclusion support, and capacity-building with families and educators.
We work in homes, community settings, early childhood services and schools—taking the time to understand what matters to each child and family, and supporting inclusion, functional skills and participation.
