Your next career move might be a sea change

Imagine finishing work and being at the beach in minutes. At Vector Health & Performance, you can build a physiotherapy career you’re proud of, in a region where the lifestyle genuinely matches the work.

We’re an award-winning, integrated allied health and performance coaching team in Central Queensland, and we’re looking for Physiotherapists to join us in our clinics in Rockhampton and Yeppoon.

Why Vector Health & Performance?

  • Relocation assistance. Moving from interstate? We’re happy to negotiate a relocation package to help you settle in.
  • Your hours, your way. Full time or part time, on-site. We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.
  • Follow your clinical passions. We actively encourage you to develop special interest areas, and we back it up with ongoing training and development.
  • A truly multidisciplinary team. Work alongside allied health professionals and performance coaches, so your clients get joined-up care and you get colleagues to learn from every day.
  • Motivated, diverse clients. From post-op rehab to sports injuries, chronic conditions and performance goals, you’ll see a genuinely varied caseload.
  • Wellness program, social events and a supportive culture. We look after our people.
  • Room to grow. A growing business means real opportunities to develop your career with us.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assessing, diagnosing and developing individualised treatment plans
  • Delivering hands-on treatment that helps clients reach their rehabilitation and performance goals
  • Educating clients so they can confidently self-manage their conditions
  • Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines for coordinated care
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of how we practise

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
  • At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in private practice or a similar setting
  • Australian permanent residency or citizenship
  • Strong hands-on assessment and treatment skills
  • Excellent communication and a genuine commitment to evidence-based practice
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for ongoing professional development

Why Central Queensland?

Rockhampton and Yeppoon offer the lifestyle many people move to Queensland for, without the big-city price tag or commute. Think beaches, the Capricorn Coast, access to the Southern Great Barrier Reef, and a strong community feel.
